BASF 3D Ultracur3D® RG 3280

Ultracur3D® RG 3280 is a ceramic-filled resin from BASF Forward AM's rigid line of 3D printing photopolymers.

This resin has exceptionally high rigidity reaching 10 GPa and excellent high temperature resistance with an HDT of up to 280 ºC at 0.45 MPa.

Although its ceramic particle content is high (nearly 65% by weight), the resin has a low viscosity and its sedimentation is limited. As a result, the resin is less likely to settle at the bottom of the tank and is easier to process and print.

The fields of use are numerous: automotive sector, robotics, electronics, metallurgy, energy production and the chemical industry.
